Malbolge, 2004 edition

Quite a long time has passed since Malbolge was released.  It turned out
to have quite a few helpful features, and some useful (albeit trivial)
programs have emerged.  This package bundles:

 * the original malbolge interpreter, malbolge.c, and nop.mal, by Ben
   Olmstead;
 * a Perl interpreter, malbolge.pl, and answer.mal by mtve;
 * copy.mal by Lou Scheffer (an implementation of ''cat'');
 * and bb.mal, which produces an uuencoded gzip of the lyrics of 99
   bottles of beer.
